Finlay Carson MSP Writes To The Cabinet Secretary

The Galloway and West Dumfries MSP, Finlay Carson, has published a letter to Mairi Gougeon, MSP Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy calling for a ‘pause’ in the consultation process regarding a national park in Galloway.
